The Five Steps to Using Promotional Products in Your Business

 Using promotional products is an excellent way to boost your corporate name recognition and branding.  When you distribute promotional products to your existing or potential clients you give them a lasting reminder of your company, brand and/or services.  It is an inexpensive and consistent form of advertising that gives you the edge on your competition, subsequently growing your market share and sales volume.

There are 5 steps to developing a successful marketing campaign.
First you need to look at what your purpose is and the message you want to convey. Ask yourself who is your target market?  Do you have a specific goal?  Next you need to look at your budget.  You will want to look at any obstacles in that regard and determine how much money is available for promotional marketing.
The third step is looking for a distributor, one you can count on to help you realize your goals in a timely and cost effective manner.  Ideally you want to feel that this person is an extension of your marketing department.  Good customer service and follow up are key to a successful relationship.
